Capacity

This aspect of public value thinking is about the means for carrying out your intervention. After listing the many tasks required to bring your idea to life, you can determine what operational capacity is required – generally in the areas of expertise and resources.
Some of this capacity may already be present on your orchestrating team or your existing extended team, but some of it will probably need to be recruited. Deciding what needs doing will also help you determine the level and kinds of support you need (including funding).
